The classes focus on speaking, allowing students to practice their conversational skills while picking up new vocabulary and grammar rules along the way – without even realizing it! With an emphasis on interactivity and participation, these lessons offer a unique opportunity to learn in a relaxed and supportive environment. At L’école de français, we divide the A1 level into two sub-levels. Level A1.1 (total beginners) and level A1.2 (false beginners).

We work with French as a foreign language method: l’Atelier A1+ Level A1.2 will complete the first 4 units. Here is the breakdown of the manual by unit as well as the communicative and skills objectives.

Unité 5 : C’est arrivé quand ? Unit 5: When did it happen? dress … fashionably. Describing an atmosphere, recounting an event.

Unité 6 : Alors, ton nouveau travail ? Unit 6: How is your new job? Introducing yourself for a job. Talking about habits. Describing colleagues.

Unité 7 : pourquoi déménager ? Unit 7: Why move? Talk about your family. Giving your opinion. Expressing agreement and disagreement.

Unité 8: Il y a un problème ? Unit 8: Is there a problem? Talking about your health, give your opinion and express agreement and disagreement
